A Fulbright Fellow with a BA in economics, our Team Lead Callan brings a rare blend of creativity and analytical insight to every real estate transaction. Clients consistently value his ability to interpret market trends and craft winning strategies – all while keeping their best interests front and center.
Callan’s excellent communication skills and the focus he developed as a competitive swimmer give him a steady edge in negotiations. With over 350 transactions and an average of $20M in annual sales, the results speak for themselves.
Beyond the numbers, Callan has a sharp eye for design and renovation potential, offering clients real-time advice that adds lasting value to their investments. An avid woodworker, he loves finding quiet moments in his workshop, often with his loyal goldendoodle snoozing nearby.
Outside of work, Callan and his wife, Alyssa, enjoy digging into their garden, exploring new destinations, catching live music and theater around town, and spending quality time with their furry friends.

Abby is a relationship builder with a background in logistics, project management, and first-class client support. She directs listing preparation, leads client due diligence processes, and oversees our client’s transaction milestones and check lists with unmatched care and finesse. In her first five years with Team Hetterich Abby was integral to Team Hetterich’s client support, closing an impressive $120 million in sales. At the core of her professional drive is attending to individuals and families as they embark on major life changes. 

After stints in Texas and Seattle between 2015-2020, in her former role managing operations for professional sports stadiums, Abby and her husband Shelby were thrilled to land home in Denver, Colorado. Travel, entertaining friends and family, and spending time with their dog Dublin are priorities when they can grab some free time. They love being available for impromptu adventures, holiday celebrations, and family gatherings. Find Abby and Shelby exploring a new culinary corner of Denver, enjoying live music or spending time in the mountains when they’re taking a break from work.

An avid cyclist, trekker, and adventurer, Steve has been the force behind a career total 900+ home sales for Team Hetterich, exceeding $300,000,000 in volume. He’s that rare individual who’s been able to succeed at business and still manage to carve out time for travel, friends, and family. He and Lynn have set foot on six continents since their first trip abroad in 1984. On a quiet evening at home, you’ll find Steve enjoying a good movie or series. Documentaries are his sweet spot.

Logistical coordination and problem-solving in any arena are Lynn’s forte. She’s been managing construction projects, overseeing rental properties, and assisting with real estate sales for 40 years. Her gift is to make complicated scenarios seem doable. Lynn’s knowledge of inspection issues, HOA terms, and administrative minutiae is as mind-blowing as her ability to navigate the world, regardless of setting, country, or culture. Point to a spot on a map, and Lynn can figure out how to get you there. Along with Steve, she’s a lifetime trekker and cyclist and likes nothing more than putting together their next adventure.
